Refund Policy

Independence Engine (getindependence.app)

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available if:

  • The engine fails to create a pull request.
  • The run fails due to internal system error.
  • Payment is processed but run does not begin.

Refunds are not available if:

  • A pull request URL is successfully generated and recorded for the run.
  • The output is structurally valid but not merged.
  • The user decides not to proceed after delivery.

A run is considered delivered when a pull request URL is generated and recorded for the run.

Discretionary Review

We may review edge cases where:

  • The engine output is corrupted.
  • The PR is unusable due to structural failure.
  • A verified engine bug materially impacts output.

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of run completion.

To request a refund or discretionary review, email support@getindependence.app with your run details and reason for the request.
